The past year has brought us more than our normal share of uncertainty. Our body is programmed through hundreds of thousands of years of evolution to respond to uncertainty–perceived by the primitive parts of our brain as threat–in very predictable ways. Understanding our body’s response is the first step to managing our reactions to uncertainty.

I’m so excited to share my article, How Do You React to Uncertainty? Understanding Your Body’s Response, on the MedCircle Blog (click to link to article). MedCircle believes that people who become highly educated about mental health can improve both their lives and the lives of the people around them. As a MedCircle certified educator, I’m excited to share my perspective on this and other topics through MedCircle and invite you to visit the blog and the associated live class (you’ll find the class video embedded within the blog article).
